PHO SOUP FOR THE SOUL
I may have mentioned I am writing a book. The opening scene takes place in a diner run by a Vietnamese family. The main character eats there every day. His favorite meal is pho, a beef noodle soup that is close to being the national dish of Vietnam. The Vietnamese eat it for breakfast, but it is good anytime. In the interests of research, I thought it would be good to know more about how it is made.
